1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering and being approved in Urban Friends, you agree to comply with all the terms and conditions outlined in this document. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Authorized Use and Confidentiality
Access to inventory information, prices, and commissions is strictly private and non-transferable. Reproduction, distribution, or automated scraping of the information contained in this private portal is prohibited.
3. Referral Program and Commissions
Published individual and company commissions are reference values. Payments are subject to the signing of the final purchase/sale contract between the referred client and Urban Group, and effective payment by the project developer.
4. Data Protection
Leads registered through your referral link are handled in accordance with our data protection policies. Urban Group does not sell your information or that of your clients to third parties without consent.
5. Account Termination
You may request the deletion of your account at any time. Urban Group reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend access to any member who violates these guidelines or acts in bad commercial faith.
6. Member independence and limitation of liability
Urban Friends is a free platform for sharing inventory and contacts between real estate professionals. Each member is an INDEPENDENT professional or company: not an employee, agent, representative or partner of Urban Group, and no employment, partnership or exclusivity relationship exists between the parties. Urban Group provides the space for the exchange, but does NOT take part in the relationship between the member and their clients, and is not responsible for the treatment, handling, service quality, promises, timelines or financial arrangements a member agrees on their own. Any claim arising from that work must be addressed directly to the member. Urban Group is likewise not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or lost opportunity arising from use of the platform.
7. Member-contributed content
Properties a member contributes to Urban Market are the sole responsibility of whoever publishes them. Urban Group does NOT verify ownership, legal status, availability, price, measurements, images or the accuracy of the information in those listings, and does not guarantee that a transaction can be completed. Before committing to a client, verify the information directly with the owner or with whoever contributed it. The member declares they are authorised to publish each property and its materials, and is liable to third parties for the content they upload. Urban Group may withdraw any listing, resolve reports and revoke access, without prior notice, where it detects false information, unauthorised content or a breach of these terms or of applicable law (including Law 172-13 on data protection and Law 155-17 against money laundering).
